The architectural concept is developed around an axial organization, in the shape of a cross, which allows for a precise separation between the day and night areas. This rational geometry ensures fluidity of movement and optimizes functionality, while offering the necessary privacy to each wing of the house.

The exterior aesthetic is defined by pure volumes of immaculate white, rhythmically punctuated by subtle plays of height and concrete pergolas that sculpt the light throughout the day. Generous glazed surfaces eliminate the visual barriers between the interior and the garden, transforming the space into an expansive and lively environment. The constant dialogue with the landscape is paired with a rigor of form, giving the building a refined appearance that demonstrates how simplicity is, in fact, the highest form of sophistication.
