Developed on Ghica Tei Boulevard (no. 141-143), the Opera Tei residential project was designed to meet the needs of a dynamic public — young professionals and starting families — who desire the effervescence of proximity to the city center and parks, but who also appreciate unique design, quality finishes, and the privacy of a select community.

From a volumetric perspective, the building unfolds over five above-ground levels (GF+4), housing 49 varied residential units: studios, two- and three-room apartments. A distinctive element of the project, designed to offer a direct connection with nature in the urban environment, is represented by the ground floor apartments, which benefit from generous private courtyards. Two underground levels entirely resolve the parking and technical spaces, leaving the premises free and airy.

On the exterior, the aesthetic is defined by a clean design and premium materials, which emphasize the "boutique" character of the investment. The facade is highlighted by exposed brick cladding in a warm beige shade, high-performance glazed surfaces (triple glazing), and an elegant play of glass and metal balustrades.

Aligned with environmental responsibility and the well-being of future tenants, Opera Tei is designed to NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) standards, guaranteeing minimum energy consumption and a high level of interior comfort in the long term.
